Description

The BIOVIA CISPro 2020 SP1 Product Release Document (PRD) identifies interim upgrades that must be installed before upgrading to 2020 SP1. The PRD states that versions 2020, 2020 HF1, and 2020 HF2 must first upgrade to 2020 HF3 before upgrading the 2020 SP1.

Operating System

All Operating Systems supported for BIOVIA CISPro 2020 SP1.

Resolution

Customers using versions 2020 and 2020 HF1 will now be required to upgrade to 2020 HF2 before upgrading to 2020 SP1. Customers using 2020 HF2 can upgrade directly to 2020 SP1 without any interim upgrade.
