T34-2018: BIOVIA Draw 2018 does not work with Insight 2017.x or earlier versions

If you attempt to use Draw 2018 with Insight 2017 R2 or earlier, you will get the following error when double-clicking in the structure box to try and launch BIOVIA Draw:

"A compatible version of BIOVIA Draw was not found on your system. Please install sketcher software or right-click to try a different tool."
Resolution:
BIOVIA Draw 2018 is not supported with Insight 2017 R2 and earlier versions.
For Insight 2017 R2, you must use BIOVIA Draw 4.2 SP1 up to version 2017 R2 SP1.
