T27-2018: The BIOVIA Direct 2018 SP2 installation guides include invalid references to Oracle accounts and objects.

Due to a processing error, the BIOVIA Direct 2018 SP2 installation guides for the Windows and the Linux/Solaris platform include several invalid references to Oracle accounts and Oracle objects like listener names or extproc agents. If you follow the installation instructions in these guides the Direct 2018 SP2 installation will fail.
Resolution:
This problem is reported as defect DIR-3810. BIOVIA is working on new version of these documents which will include the correct references.

For the time being for installing BIOVIA Direct 2018 SP2 please follow the instructions in the respective installation guides of the BIOVIA Direct 2018 version. The account and Oracle object names did not change between Direct 2018 and Direct 2018 SP2, and likewise the example configuration files released with version 2018 SP2 were not modified. Therefore, the installation guides for Direct 2018 are also valid for the Direct version 2018 SP2.
