T19-2019: Notification regarding BIOVIA Request 2017 R2 Hot Fix 5 Release

We are providing this Technical Note to inform you about the upcoming release of BIOVIA Request 2017 R2 Hot Fix 5, which includes fix for the following issues.

WKR-9073: Notification to analyst always uses the last updated user
WKR-13784: Loading of Request Dashboards is slow (20-30 min) when no filters are applied
WKR-13781: Mis-aligment issues with Request Web Report
WKR-13791: Generating Tasks in Request not possible with French (Switzerland) Windows Regional Settings with custom fields with decimal numbers

With this hotfix,
- The Inbox notifications in Workbook related to Request/tasks now display the request creator name, whenever the request is updated.
- Update Web Report from Request Web App now generates the report without any mis-alignment.
- Performance improvements with loading of dashboards when no filters are applied
- You can generate tasks with French (Switzerland) Windows Regional Settings when custom fields contain decimal numbers.

NOTE: Delete Browser cache from client machines after applying BIOVIA Request 2017 R2 HF5 and before using the BIOVIA Request application
Resolution:
BIOVIA Request 2017 R2 Hot Fix 5 is planned for release in April 2019.
