T19-2016: Release of Discovery Studio 2016 HF1

Description
Discovery Studio 2016 HF1 allows our users to upgrade their Discovery Studio 2016 Windows server so that it is consistent with Pipeline Pilot 2016 HF1. This only applies to Discovery Studio 2016 Windows server, and will be necessary only for those who have installed Pipeline Pilot 2016 HF1 and wish to install Discovery Studio 2016 into the same server installation

NOTE: Pipeline Pilot 2016 HF1 fixes the following defect:
PPP-40083: on Windows servers the JSON writer components wrote incorrect exponential format data for small floating number values with at least two significant digits, between -0.1 and +0.1; the tenths digit of the mantissa was always written as zero. (for example, 0.0001234 is written as 1.034e-004)

Linux servers were not affected by this defect.

Resolution:
Discovery Studio 2016 HF1 has been released to fix the following defect :
DSC-25886: Discovery Studio Collections cannot be installed after a Pipeline Pilot 2016 HF1 update on Windows servers.

NOTE: There is no need to install Discovery Studio 2016 HF1 if you are using a Linux server.
