T17-2017: Notification regarding BIOVIA Request 2017 Hot Fix 3 Release

We are providing this Technical Note to inform you about BIOVIA Request 2017 Hot Fix 3, which includes fix for the following issue.

WKR-13356: User can not accept or unaccept tasks in the Tasks Dashboard once the server has been put into a bad state using the Task state transition REST API call.
Resolution:
BIOVIA Request 2017 Hot Fix 3 was released on February 9, 2017. We recommend this Hot Fix for all customers who are using BIOVIA Request 2017, 2017 HF1 or 2017 HF2.
