T16-2019 - Support of BIOVIA Workbook Adapter for Empower 1.0 SP2 with Empower Server v3 Feature Release 4

The Product Release Document (PRD) of the BIOVIA Workbook Adapter for Empower 1.0 SP2 release states support with version 3 (Feature Release 2) of the Waters Empower CDS.  A customer need arose to use this Adapter with Feature Release 4 of the Waters Empower CDS, rather than Feature Release 2.
Resolution:
Based on recent testing and evaluation, BIOVIA hereby declares support for version 3 (Feature Release 4) of the Waters Empower CDS.  This new support coverage applies to Workbook 2017 HF1.  For questions regarding BIOVIA applications, please contact BIOVIA Support.
