T13-2018: Updates for Microsoft Windows 10 may cause BIOVIA Workbook Experiments to no longer open

BIOVIA Workbook experiments may not open after applying updates to the Microsoft Windows 10 operating system. Workbook displays the following error.
Resolution:
You can resolve this issue by either repairing or re-installing Microsoft Visual J# 2.0 Redistributable Package - SE (x64). So far, there has been no need to repair or re-install BIOVIA Workbook.

BIOVIA recommends that you apply the updates for the Microsoft Windows 10 operating system for a few Workbook Client machines, and then, check that Workbook Client functions correctly. This will enable you to determine if your environment will require a repair/re-install of Microsoft Visual J# 2.0 SE, before deploying the Microsoft Updates to all machines.
