Description

In order to use Office 365 64-bit, customers need to use BIOVIA Draw 64-bit.   BIOVIA Workbook, however, is only available as a 32-bit application. 

Resolution

BIOVIA Workbook 2019 HF5 is compatible with BIOVIA Draw 2019 64-bit and Draw 2019 64-bit is compatible with Office 365 64-bit.  BOVIA will Support this configuration following our normal support policies.
