Report Launcher Plus 2019 should only be used for installation on a new LES system.
If RLP 2019 is installed as an upgrade there could be a loss of previously configured report configurations.
Resolution:
If you need to use Report Launcher Plus with Oracle clients 12.2.0.1, 12.1.0.1 and 12.1.0.2 , on a system with existing data, you should install Report Launcher Plus 2.2 HF1.
