Background
BIOVIA Workbook 2016 (formerly, Accelrys ELN) will be released later this year. This release will contain numerous enhancements, as well as significant changes in the administration of the application, as noted below. 
Resolution:
The major changes in the administration of BIOVIA Workbook 2016 are noted below. A comprehensive list of changes, enhancements and fixed defects will be provided with BIOVIA Workbook 2016 upon its release.

• BIOVIA Workbook will require BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot and Foundation 2016 as follows.
  • BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot and Foundation will be required for authentication in Workbook.
  • BIOVIA Foundation will be used to manage Workbook Users and Groups.
  • BIOVIA Foundation will also be used to grant Application Permissions to Users and Groups for Workbook.
• If you are upgrading from a previous version of ELN to BIOVIA Workbook 2016, BIOVIA Workbook 2016 will contain a tool to migrate the existing Users, Groups and Permissions to BIOVIA Foundation.
• The Permissions for Repositories (such as, read, write or check-out) will be managed in the BIOVIA Workbook Client.
• Workflows will continue to be managed in the BIOVIA Workbook Administration Console.
• The documentation for BIOVIA Workbook 2016 will provide details regarding the installation/upgrade and administration of the application.
