T09-2018: BIOVIA Workbook Adapter for Waters Empower 1.0 SP1 and Empower Server v3 SR2 Feature Release 4

The Support Matrix documented in the Product Release Document (PRD) of the BIOVIA Workbook Adapter for Waters Empower 1.0 SP1 release states support with version 3 (Feature Release 2) of the Waters Empower CDS. A customer need arose to use this Adapter with Feature Release 4 of the Waters Empower CDS, rather than Feature Release 2.
Note that Technical Note T58-2017 published last year declared support for Empower FR3; this Technical Note T09-2018 declares support for FR4.
Resolution:
Based on recent testing and evaluation, BIOVIA hereby declares support for version 3 (Feature Release 4) of the Waters Empower CDS, in addition to Feature Release 2. The Support Matrix for other versions of this Adapter such as 1.0 SP2 remains as previously stated in release documentation. This new support coverage applies to versions of Workbook ranging from v6.8 SP1 up to and including v2017 R2. Workbook v2018 and higher is not supported with this1.0 SP2 version of the Adapter, for any releases of Waters Empower.
