AG Creation - Fixed an issue where Analysis Groups that are created from Hierarchies that contain more than 20 step nodes can get stuck in the post-processing phase and never finish.

Derived Parameters- Fixed an issue where the calculations for Hierarchy Derived Parameters can yield incorrect data when an Analysis Group has a Parameter Set Restriction on a Hierarchy Derived Parameter or more than one Parameter Set Restriction on any parameter types in the Analysis Group.

AG Manager- AG Create- Allow the setting, ag_create_max_subprocess_count, to be set to zero, so that all Jobs can be completed and no new jobs started to allow shutdown of services with no current jobs in process. If Discoverant Services are shutdown while Jobs are in process, AGs might get corrupted.
