T07-2019: Notification regarding BIOVIA LES 2019 HF1

We are sending this technical note to inform you of the release of BIOVIA LES 2019 HF1 to address the following issues:

      SMTL-2722 Migration utility will now update Archived Data tables.

NOTE:   This is a stand-alone tool to be used for a Database Migration for any BIOVIA LES version.
