T06-2019: Notification regarding BIOVIA LES 2016 SP1 HF4

We are sending this technical note to inform you of the release of BIOVIA LES 2016 SP1 HF4 to address the following issues:

      SMTL-2901 Users will now be able to change any directory path (Service Name reference) to correspond to the current location of the supporting data files.
   
NOTE:   This is a stand-alone tool to be used in conjunction with the Database Migration Utility (BIOVIA LES 2019 HF1).
