REG-20850: Oracle Standard Edition Support for Biological and Chemical Registration

The Biological Registration and Chemical Registration 2019 System Requirements documents omitted listing Oracle Standard Edition as a supported Oracle database version for the Biological Registration and Chemical Registration database schemas. The purpose of this Technote is to confirm that Oracle Standard Edition remains a supported database platform for use with Biological Registration and Chemical Registration.

For the 2019 releases of Biological Registration and Chemical Registration, the following versions of Oracle Standard are supported in addition to the current versions of Oracle Enterprise listed in the 2019 System Requirements documents:
