IMPORTANT: Starting July 23, the 3DSuport App will be the only tool to use to submit and manage Service Requests

We are pleased to inform you that starting July 23, 2022 our 3DSupport App will be the only tool you will use to submit and manage Service Requests and CRITSITs. 

Be aware that DSx.Client Care will no longer support these services after July 23, 2022. 

This change allows us to focus our efforts on enriching the 3DSupport App features to improve your experience for the future.  

As a reminder, the 3DSupport App is available to you through the 3DEXPERIENCE platform today. We encourage you to start to become familiar with its functionality, features and organization.

Starting July 23, 2022:

  • We will redirect you to the 3DSupport APP Landing Page from DSx.Client Care through the following DSx.Client Care menu options:
    • Main Menu> New Service Request
    • Main Menu> Search Service Request
    • Main Menu> Search CRITSITs
    • Clickable number of SRs and CRITSITs in the dashboard (standard and private queries)
  • We will permanently display a message within the DSx.Client Care home page to redirect you to the 3DSupport APP landing page for SR and CRIT management.
  • All embedded email notifications URLS will redirect you to the 3DSupport APP

The 3DSupport APP has been publically available since April 2019 and has grown because of your support and feedback.  It is now your tool of choice and we see that you submit most of your SRs and CRITSITs through the App today.   

To help you with this transition, we are hosting a series of webinars to explain the 3DSpport APP functionality and benefits. We encourage you to attend one of our webinars listed below:

Look for another notification confirming the final transition date from DSx.Client Client Care to the 3DSupport APP in late June of 2022.
