Dassault Systèmes updated its Support Policies for Dassault Systèmes Offerings on October 28, 2022

This update includes the following changes:

Complete the definitions to reflect new support uses
Introduce the DS IFWE Loop community and how Customer can be supported on this Customer dedicated community
Precise that Platform is part of (or runs) on a Machine
Precise that Cases have to be submitted in English in the tools and in the communities
DS may limit the number of designated contacts for certain Online Services and Academic Customers. This does not affect 3DEXPERIENCE Online Services and ByMe (3DVIA) Online Services.
Beta Program is an evaluation of a Release which is not yet generally available (“Pre-GA Release”)
