| CELN-12081 | Time zones where the UTC offset is not an integer number of hours, such as the India UTC+5:30 time zone, are now supported. The correct UTC offset will be shown in the experiment and in audit trail records. |

| CELN-12817 | The date and time of security audit trail records can now be shown in the local time of the user that created the record, in the local time of the current user, and as UTC standard time. |

| CELN-13571 | The menu item "Delete" in the section cog-wheel menu has been moved to the bottom to prevent accidental deletion of sections. |
| CELN-13705 | When a group is deleted, security audit trail records are now created for the removal of each of the group's memberships, privileges and permissions on other objects. |
| CELN-13847 | An administrator can now browse, filter and export the experiment audit trail records for all experiments and user login/logout audit trail records for all users. This requires the ELNADMINAUDITOR privilege. |
| CELN-13865 | The login page of ElnAdminWeb shows a message recommending to use the Notebook web client for all administration tasks. |
| CELN-13867 | When exporting to Excel, enumerated columns like Action, Object Type and SubObjectType now have the string values as displayed in web client and not the numeric values. This may require changes to any use of the Excel export that depend on the numeric values. |

| CELN-13984 | Chemists can now use Chemdraw 23 as the drawing tool on Windows. |
| CELN-13985 | Chemists can now utilize ChemDraw 23 as the drawing tool on MacOS. Users are advised not to quit ChemDraw but instead simply close the open document. |
| CELN-6854 | In ElnDirectorySyncService, it is now possible to override the domain name returned from the AD with the domain name value in the configuration property, to control the domain name stored for Notebook users and groups. |
| CELN-8653 | The name of an SD file uploaded to the SD file section is now preserved and shown in the section header. |
| CELN-10521 | A user can now paste a SMILES string to insert a structure into a chemical sketch or chemical reaction section, and also into the structure panel of advanced search. |
| CELN-13527 | The buttons in the section header have been redesigned as toolbar buttons with icons. The image shown in an image or chemical sketch section can be expanded as a pop-up for better viewing. |
| CELN-13756 | Changes to the name of the Active Directory (AD) group are now syncing properly with both the Notebook and Data Archive. |
| CELN-6120 | It is now possible for a contributor to unlock a previously locked section. When locking sections in author's own experiments is enabled, also author's own locked sections can be unlocked. |
