Role Description & Responsibilities
- Strategic Account Leadership: Partner with the Senior Business Consultant to develop multi-year roadmaps for large-scale enterprise organizations.
- Build and develop trusted direct relationships both at the executive level and within all layers of a client organization to ensure sustainable business intimacy between Dassault Systèmes and the customer.
- Define and update the Client Strategy and all its Value Network in the CRM and Customer Value Roadmap systematically.
- Identify key customer challenges and drivers for transformation that could be addressed with Dassault Systèmes solutions.
- Regional Team Orchestration: Coordinate with Dassault Systèmes Technical teams, Consultants, and Partners (when appropriate) across the region to deliver demonstrations and proofs-of-concept that are aligned with client business outcomes.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead qualification and strategic positioning to negotiation, closure, and contract execution.
Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field is mandatory. An MBA is a significant advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in Sales and Marketing of digital and technical related software solutions (e.g., PLM, Simulation, Industrial IoT / MES, SCPO, etc.). Direct client engagement ability and experience are highly preferred.
- Market Knowledge: Prior established networks or experience within our key enterprise accounts is highly desirable.
- Language: Native-level fluency in Thai; professional proficiency in English.
