Role Description & Responsibilities:

The Data Solutions Specialist is a North America-focused role responsible for developing data-driven applications, tools, and AI-enabled solutions that make complex enterprise data accessible and actionable.

The ideal candidate combines strong coding skills with an understanding of business data and the ability to use modern AI tools to accelerate application development and solve complex data challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop data-driven applications, web tools, dashboards, visualizations, and AI-enabled solutions that make enterprise data accessible and actionable.
  • Integrate, transform, combine, and enrich data from multiple internal sources, including databases, cloud platforms, files, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
  • Develop AI-enabled applications and agents that process, analyze, summarize, and deliver information from enterprise data.
  • Use AI-assisted coding and development tools to accelerate the design, development, testing, and enhancement of applications and data solutions.
  • Build solutions that enable users to effectively explore, interact with, and consume complex data.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve the efficiency, scalability, usability, and reliability of data solutions.
  • Develop an understanding of the context, relationships, and meaning of data across different business domains and apply that knowledge when designing solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance existing applications and data solutions while ensuring data quality, performance, and reliability.
  • Evaluate and adopt new AI, coding, data, and application development technologies to improve solution delivery.

 

 

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Management, Engineering, or a related field.
•    5+ years of experience in software development, data development, application development, or a related field.
•    Strong hands-on coding experience, preferably with Python or Java.
•    Experience using AI tools for application development and coding, including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar technologies.
•    Experience developing AI-enabled applications, agents, or intelligent automation is a strong plus.
•    Experience working with databases, APIs, data integration, and data transformation.
•    Experience developing web applications, data visualization solutions, dashboards, or other data-consumption tools.
•    Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data and business requirements into practical technical solutions.
•    Experience with GitLab and modern IDE/development environments.
•    Experience with cloud platforms or enterprise data environments is a plus.
•    Experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, particularly Netvibes Data Perspectives, is a strong plus.
•    Ability to understand business context and data relationships and translate them into useful technical solutions.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Compensation & Benefits

Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Benefits include a choice of plans providing comprehensive coverage for medical, dental, vision care for employee & dependents as well as employee life, short & long term disability, tuition reimbursement, immediate 401K enrollment, 401K match (50 cents on the dollar, up to the first 8% of your eligible compensation that you contribute based on match eligibility criteria), flexible time off policy, and 10 paid holidays.
Salary Pay Transparency

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $102000 and $120000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
