User Request Engineer Intern

Role Description & Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to grow and gain experience in various aspects of technical support and user success, including:

• Providing day-to-day assistance to the 3DVIA Support team
• Managing incoming Service Reports – categorizing, prioritizing, and distributing them in the ticketing system
• Reproducing, validating, and testing reported case scenarios
• Providing responsive support for business areas 
• Creating simple support tools and scripts in C#
• Assisting in documentation and internal process improvements
