TP - Simulation Industry Process Consultant

Role Description & Responsibilities
As a member of the Industry Process Consultant team, you will help customers solve real-world engineering challenges with SIMULIA realistic simulation solutions on the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform. You will be a trusted technical advisor to customers, and work closely with Sales and R&D to turn industry needs into winning solutions.
In order to support the growth of Dassault Systèmes, your responsibilities include the following:
- Provide pre-sales support, developing Proof of Concepts (PoC) and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations with SIMULIA solutions
- Lead customer engagements from a technical perspective, understanding simulation needs and translating them into effective workflows and solutions
- Carry out consulting projects using SIMULIA tools such as Abaqus, covering model building, analysis, post-processing and communication of results
- Develop industry-specific simulation workflows and best practices for [Industry], and share them through technical articles, case studies and events
- Train customers and partners in the use of SIMULIA products and the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform
- Identify technical opportunities to expand 3DS’s business footprint during customer interactions, working closely with Sales and Brand teams
Share customer and market feedback with R&D to help shape product development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace Engineering or a related field preferred
- 8 years of experience in CAE simulation, with hands-on experience in commercial FEA software (Abaqus or similar)
- Proven experience supporting customer projects, including pre/post-processing, analysis, visualization and communication of simulation results
- Solid domain knowledge in [e.g. structural durability, NVH, crash and occupant safety, battery, vehicle electrification]
- Experience with scripting (e.g. Python) and CAD tools is a plus
- Good communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, in Mandarin and English
- Strong desire for continuous learning, with the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
- Willing to travel as needed
