Software Engineer
Role Description & Responsibilities
DASSAULT SYSTEMES has an immediate opening for a Software Engineer position in our Structural Scenario team. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to help us transform the field of simulation modeling. In this full-time role, you will focus on developing and refining AI/ML enhanced UIs to help guide and assist users in the creation and validation of simulation models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with our UI and AI/ML experts to develop new modeling tools and techniques to accelerate simulation model creation for both designers and experts.
- Collaborate with our internal experts to design, train, and validate new capabilities.
- Tackle high-impact real-world challenges in simulation modeling.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI/ML enhanced UI development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and C++, with hands-on experience using ML frameworks equivalent to PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and eye for details.
- Demonstrated experience in scientific software development with modern C++ and Agile development (a plus!).
“Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $110,000 to $145,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus”.
