SIMULIA Learning Experience Specialist

As a SIMULIA Learning Experience Specialist you will be responsible for developing SIMULIA learning path materials to align with the SIMULIA go to market offering and enablement activities.

You will work with people across the organization, in Sales/Tech Sales, 3DSUniversity, Experience Center, Operations, and Technical Teams, to assess course requirements, build interactive eLearning materials, and assist in the delivery of these training materials once developed. You will use various eLearning tools like Articulate, Storyline, and Rise 360, along with traditional MS Office and other AI tools, to build interactive and creative training content.

You will report to the SIMULIA Learning Experience team based in Pune, India. If you are an ambitious team player with keen technical skills and a desire to continue learning new technologies, while working in a fast-paced environment, this may be the place for you.

Role Description:

· Build your understanding of CFD portfolio solutions offered by SIMULIA

· Build your understanding of the capabilities and values of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform

· Collaborate with SIMULIA Discipline & Industry experts to build requirements for enablement topics.

· Apply your knowledge to build certifications and training material used for enablement of sales, tech sales and partners.

· Build compelling, engaging, interactive learning materials using eLearning methodologies that engage our user communities.

· Maintain and update the currently available enablement materials.

Qualifications:

· MTech/ MS/BTECH in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Aerospace Engineering etc with focus on the CFD and Heat Transfer domains.

· 0-3 years’ of experience in working knowledge using commercial software tools

Required Skills:

· Working Experience using commercial CAE tools in CFD domain

· Basic understanding of the eLearning methodologies

· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team environment.

· Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new skills quickly.

Helpful Skills:

· Experience with developing eLearning courses in existing organization

· Exposure to the various eLearning tools: Articulate, Rise, Storyline, etc
