Service Software Architect
Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Services Software Architect targeting at the function of Service Deliver to:
- Lead the project development team, optimize and improve AI development tools and processes, and enhance the team's development efficiency
- Understand DS GEN7 strategy, On-cloud/On-Premise solution concepts and cloud technologies.
- Understand monitoring & operations landscapes, and DS on-cloud/On-Premise run practices.
- Carry out a gap analysis in the regulatory documents, propose actions and implement solutions towards a regulated environment.
- Propose, define and implement safe deployment and system infrastructure architecture.
- Deploy and configure on cloud/On Premise solutions to meet customer business requirements, scenarios, use cases, user experience needs.
- Provide on-demand technical support to On-cloud/On-Premise solution adoption.
- Analyze system monitoring data to improve system health with additional probes and metrics.
Qualifications
- Familiar with AI tool development and management processes, with hands-on experience in AI tool development, helping the team improve efficiency through AI tools.
- With strong knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, capable of independently developing, training, and deploying AI models.
- Proficient in Python programming, with experience in natural language processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven practical experience in Prompt Engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), familiar with large model fine-tuning techniques.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer and Science, or Related field.
- 7+ years of experience in engineering and software design, development and service delivery.
- Proficiency in object oriented programing, In-Depth understanding of coding languages ((Java, C++, etc.) and software architecture and design pattern.
- Experience with Web technologies, such as JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, CSS, HTML, XML,DOM, React, JQuery, RESTful API, JSP, Web API, Nodes , etc.
- Experience in Unix/Linux, oracle DB \SQL Server\PostgreSQL and related technologies.
- Experience in IT infrastructure, Web & Application Server (Apache\Tomcat\Haproxy\Nginx), Oracle & PostgreSQL DB Configuration, and Performance Tuning.
- Experience with the 3DExperience Platform Deployment and Development will be a big Plus.
- Worked or consultancy on any PLM system like PTC, Oracle, Accenture ,Siemens or similar company is Plus
- Experience in development management and development quality and process tools building will be big Plus
- Good communications and software development skills to work well with the Solution architect or Business consultant.
