Role Description & Responsibilities

Contribute to the Americas Sales Operations team by ensuring seamless execution of sales processes while providing comprehensive support to internal teams and external partners. Focus on technical troubleshooting, strategic partner collaboration, and development of locally-relevant initiatives to enhance overall sales effectiveness across LATAM markets.

Lead customer and partner engagement initiatives, leveraging market insights and process optimization to drive revenue growth. Serve as the primary liaison between sales teams, partners, and customers to resolve operational challenges and maximize business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as first-line sales support specialist, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues faced by sales teams with appropriate escalation protocols
  • Administer and optimize partner portals, ensuring seamless access to current pricing, product information, and promotional materials
  • Analyze partner pipeline performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend strategic actions to accelerate deal closure rates
  • Collaborate with channel partners to develop and align joint sales strategies, providing data-driven insights on co-selling opportunities and performance metrics
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training materials and onboarding programs for new team members on CRM and ERP tools and core sales processes
  • Ensure strict compliance with established sales policies, including territory management and accurate CRM opportunity tracking
  • Monitor regional market trends and design targeted, locally-relevant sales campaigns and promotional initiatives tailored to LATAM markets
  • Partner with regional sales managers to optimize territory coverage, resource allocation, and incentive program effectiveness
  • Support customer reactivation and relationship nurturing initiatives for inactive accounts, implementing systematic engagement strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in sales operations, customer success, or partner-facing analytical roles
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM and ERP systems, data management platforms, and process automation tools
  • Proven experience developing training materials and conducting effective onboarding sessions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese, English, and Spanish preferred (not mandatory)
  • Strong analytical capabilities with ability to interpret complex sales data and generate actionable insights
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in helpdesk or fast-paced support environments
  • Customer-centric mindset with proven relationship-building skills
