Ensure Sales Operations execution and compliance to 3DS Macro Processes to optimize Sales Planning, Achievements and Operational Efficiency.
Manage overall forecast / pipeline / baseline accuracy for all Revenue Types and all dimensions (Customer Engagement Models, Brands, Industries, Partners) for Current Quarter and Rolling Quarters
Sales Planning: Based on the Remaining Gap to Open Opportunity Pipeline, challenge sourcing by Industry and by Customer Engagement Model
Actively support and participate to Global and Local Sales Management meeting with Customer Engagement Model leaders in order to ensure efficient business execution on all Sales Operations topics (Forecast, Territory, Compensation, Business analysis, Deviations, Help needed...)
KPIs & Metrics Analysis: Analyze and leverage KPIs and metrics to propose actionable recommendations to Sales Management on all dimensions (GEO, Customer Engagement Model, Brand, Industry, Infrastructure, Partners, Business Stream...)
Compensation/Incentive: Ensure that Sales Compensation plan guidance are deployed on-time and on-quality, in collaboration with Sales Managers. Support Sales Managers & Sales Compensation teams in quota achievement and payout validation
Territory Management, Partner Management, Transformation Projects ...
Experience in: sales operations, sales execution, business analysis, leading change, managing projects with multiple tracks, managing CRM system, working with Finance systems is a plus
