Role Description & Responsibilities

As Partner Sales Manager based in Santiago, Chile, you will be at the heart of this mission, playing a key role in accelerating our indirect sales strategy across Latin America.

You will work closely with our strategic partners to co-develop transformation plans that reflect both their local market dynamics and our global ambitions. In this highly collaborative role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping partners unlock business opportunities, enhance customer engagement, and build long-term capabilities aligned with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform vision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as a strategic point of contact for our 3DS partners, guiding them in client engagements and championing the Dassault Systèmes value proposition
  • Co-design go-to-market strategies, sales plans, and transformation roadmaps with partners, aligned with GEO growth targets and global initiatives
  • Conduct regular governance and performance reviews with partners and internal stakeholders to assess progress and course-correct where necessary
  • Drive partner enablement programs, including certifications, learning journeys, and cloud transformation plans to support evolving business models
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support co-marketing, co-selling, and industry-specific campaigns
  • Lead pipeline reviews, support lead generation activities, and contribute to the creation of new business opportunities
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and customer-centricity within the partner ecosystem
  • Promote inclusivity and diversity in partnerships by supporting equal growth opportunities, inclusive engagement practices, and a shared vision for sustainability

 

Qualifications

We welcome candidates from diverse professional and personal backgrounds who are excited by technology and inspired by partnership-driven growth. To succeed in this role, you should bring:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or postgraduate studies are a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner, channel, or indirect sales management, ideally in a software, cloud, or technology environment
  • Demonstrated success in strategic account planning, pipeline development, and sales transformation
  • Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and navigate complex, multicultural environments
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative mindset and business storytelling abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and a good understanding of cloud technologies
  • Full professional fluency in English is required; Spanish fluency is essential for this region
