Model Based Systems Engineering, MBSE Consultant :
The mission of the Industry Process Consultant in the CATIA Hub Team is to drive customers to address their business transformation and support them in the adoption and deployment of our Model Based Systems Engineering Industry Processes and Methodologies, leveraging CATIA MAGIC and 3DEXPERIENCE Solutions.
Role Description & Responsibilities
In his role, The Industry Process Consultant is responsible for providing his expertise to customers in Model Based Systems Engineering best practices, methodologies, application of our solutions, to support sales engagements and secure the adoption and successful go-live
Understand customer challenges and expectations in Model Based Systems Engineering, Requirements Engineering, System Architecture Design, Embedded Systems & Software Architecture Design, Simulation, for their product development
Provide technical expertise and deliver Virtual Twin MBSE Solutions, in multiple industries and regions, to support customer business transformations
Contribute to proof of value with customer projects, processes , data, and solution implementation according to the sales and services phases, with our customers and partners
Deliver training to clients for systems engineering methodologies, modeling languages and frameworks (SysML, UAF, etc), MBSE CATIA MAGIC, 3DEXPERIENCE Requirements Engineering, Simulation solutions
Publish, Present, Participate in systems engineering events, industry events, and Dassault Systèmes events, such as INCOSE, AFIS, MBSE Cyber Experience Symposium , Complex Systems Design & Management (CSD&M) conference, Modelica Conference,
Become a thrusted advisor to customers through consultancy and technical expertise with leading edge processes and solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree, with 3/5+ years’ experience in a similar role, or "Systems Engineering" Master, Engineering Degree (or equivalent) with 1, 2 years of experience
Deep knowledge on Systems Engineering Business processes, Industry standards, Modeling langages (SysML, Modelica, etc) and frameworks (UAF, Cyber MagicGrid, etc)
Experience in practices of Systems Engineering, requirements engineering, systems architecture design, using systems modeling solutions, SysML modeling language or functional, logical modeling techniques, simulation, with CATIA MAGIC/Cameo, 3DEXPERIENCE, Enterprise Architect, Rhapsody (or equivalent), DOORS, Polarion, Simulink, Dymola (or equivalent)
Knowledge in usage of collaborative platform, product life cycle management (PLM), 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, Systems/Software, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions or equivalent
Development of processes, methodologies, best practices for Model Based Systems engineering solutions
Technical leadership in engagement with customers
Services & consulting experience, structured way of working, motivation for consultancy and quality awareness
Very good comprehensive technical understanding of customer expectations and objectives
Experience working within a project delivery lifecycle
Customer-oriented appearance and communication skills
Very good English language skills in speaking and writing
