Our team is responsible for Patient facing products built on Medidata platform to conduct a decentralized clinical trial.
Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for a software developer with 2 or more years of enterprise level experience building native Android apps. The right candidate demonstrate a passion for your craft, are self-motivated and eager to engage in high impact, challenging engineering problems while continuously raising the standard of quality in our products and services in a full solutions-oriented SaaS environment.
Your responsibilities will include hands-on implementation and development with Android Studio and Kotlin with quality and clean code. The cloud based, high performing mobile application that you will build will be used to help our clients create life changing drugs and medical devices. You will be comfortable working with Product Managers to turn great ideas into detailed requirements. You will also design how features should be implemented, and help determine the best architecture to use in each situation.
Requirements (Education & Experience):
BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
Professional experience developing Android mobile applications
Strong object-oriented design and programming skills with an object-oriented language such as Kotlin
Experience writing SQL
Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
Experience with unit and integration testing
Deep knowledge of UI/UX best practices & design standards for Android
Understanding of source control management (Git/GitHub)
Understanding of CI/CD best practices and implementation
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
A passion to stay current with new technologies and engineering concepts
Nice to have iOS experience
