In particular, the OUTSCALE.Platform organization is in charge of defining and providing the common fundamentals for all DASSAULT SYSTEMES Cloud services, namely: a standardized architecture, integrated cybersecurity controls, automated supervision and operations.
For our internal customers, building Cloud Services on OUTSCALE.Platform automatically guarantees the adoption of these pillars, and allows the solutions to be deployed worldwide, on all supported IaaS providers, without any adaptation required.
Role Description & Responsibilities:
Within the OUTSCALE.Platform Premium - Support team, you will be responsible for tackling complex troubleshooting from end to end, even by debugging the PaaS service code base (majorly written Java).
Your mission will be to ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with the development team to escalate and involve the right personnel when needed.
Help service developers Analyze and troubleshoot operational issues in applications deployed in OUTSCALE Cloud platform leveraging OUTSCALE’s services such as Compute, storage, Networking, Container infrastructure, Observability etc. during the Development phase
Help developers to adopt OUTSCALE Cloud platform PaaS Layer services through our domain specific Infrastructure as a code practices (SD-HELM and SD-XML)
Skim through OUTSCALE Cloud Platform PaaS layer service’s logs and code to identify and resolve customer issues.
Open Enhancement request and issues to development team when needed.
Interact with all our services and components, with a focus on specific support ticket pools as assigned.
Monitor the SLA of the support ticket pools, manage TAT, and handle user escalations.
Contribute to the training and coaching of the other team members.
Ensure platform security, stability, scalability, and performance.
Continuously improve service observability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5 – 13 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, SRE, or DevOps.
Required Skills:
Working knowledge and know-how about Kubernetes, Cloud Services, Linux, Network & System Administration, and high-level programming languages like Java.
Good working knowledge of Linux, including common commands, log inspection, and basic process and network troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies (AWS or equivalent).
Experience working with production or non-production environments.
Understanding of containerized application deployment and operations.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a global team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving cloud and DevOps technologies.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with observability tools (logs, metrics, alerts)
Understanding of security best practices in cloud and Kubernetes environments.
- Experience with Helm charts
- Exposure to Ingress Controllers (NGINX Ingress, HAProxy, or similar)
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
