IT Engineer – Services and Support (m/f/d)
Do you enjoy challenges and keeping people connected to the tools they rely on? We are looking for an IT Engineer (m/f/d) to join our local IT Services and Support group, part of our EMEA IT team of 35 people across Europe. In this role, you will be the go-to technical partner for end users in our offices across Europe and help keep our IT infrastructure running smoothly.

Role Description & Responsibilities
As our IT Engineer, you will support our end users and take care of the local infrastructure that keeps our offices productive. You will also document how we work and help shape the IT services of tomorrow.
• Provide first and second level end user support in line with our global SLAs
• Set up, configure and monitor our IT environment, Windows and Linux, storage and networks across our central European sites
• Implement, maintain, optimize and document the local infrastructure
• Analyze and document IT processes and cases
• Collect local business needs and help shape the evolution of our IT standards
• Manage user accounts and software licenses
• Take part in IT projects together with our global IT teams and functional experts
Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or computer science
• Experience in IT support and system administration
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux
• Basic networking knowledge
• Good written and spoken English and German
• Strong teamwork skills, flexibility and a high degree of self-initiative
• Curiosity about technological innovation and a motivation to keep learning
