Role Description & Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance Process Composer Automation Web using modern front-end technologies such as React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Contribute to a scalable backbone for automation and AI/ML workflows.
Build intuitive, high-performance web experiences for complex engineering and simulation processes.
Collaborate with backend, platform, simulation, and AI/ML teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Enable Gen 7 / AI capabilities within Process Composer.
Integrate GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent automation capabilities into the product.
Develop reusable UI components and scalable front-end architecture for enterprise applications.
Contribute to product architecture, technical design, code reviews, quality, and performance improvements.
Drive the evolution of Process Composer toward an Gen7 based intelligent engineering automation platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Lit Elements or any other framework along with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern web application development.
Good knowledge of REST APIs, backend services, distributed systems, and cloud technologies.
Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Python, or ML frameworks is highly desirable.
Strong software engineering, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with a passion for AI-driven engineering automation.
