Dassault Systèmes Global Services Pvt. Ltd is seeking FP&A Analyst, who is responsible for providing senior management and executives with the analysis and information they need to make major operational, financial, and strategic decisions. You will be responsible for running the annual budgeting process, as well as managing cash flow forecast models, variance analysis, and other financial performance tools. The Team works closely with Finance Managers, Corporate planning and key cross-functional partners to bring more scale, efficiency, innovation and field to the financial planning organization. The person will be working across business divisions and departments to build close relationships, real and active partnerships with both operations and management. This position will be the principal resource to provide meaningful analytics to support business needs, including analysis of monthly results to 3DS India entities. The person is also responsible for supporting financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis. This position reports to the Director, Finance.

Roles Description and Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis and Reporting
•    Managing Financial Planning and forecasting: Business-wise yearly financial planning, forecasting for rest of the year (revenue and all cost lines including headcount, compensation grid, capacity optimization, efficiency targets, utilization levels etc.) and drive it through Performance reviews.
•    Conduct and analyze monthly/quarterly financial performance against forecast and budget, investigate variances, pipeline analysis, prepare graphical summaries of entity’s financial performance and communicate findings and make recommendations.
•    Create and prepare dashboards and presentations used to communicate financial results to the Board, Executives, and other senior leaders.
•    Corporate functions planning and forecasting as part of annual corporate-wide planning processes.
•    Participate in ad-hoc requests, cross cutting projects, and analysis as needed.
•    Work closely with business for providing valuable business analysis, insights and solutions pro-actively. 
•    Hands-on in performing complex financial analysis and creating financial models. 
•    Work closely with HQ FP&A team in providing inputs on Headcount reconciliation, rolling forecasts and any ad-hoc requests.

Financial Processes Improvement, Ad Hoc Reporting and Analyses, and Special Projects
•    Manage or perform periodical or ad hoc financial data analysis, queries, reconciliations and reports as needed from DSGS senior management and / or to satisfy audit requests;
•    Support initiatives targeted at financial processes improvement and the implementation of changes to achieve efficiencies and the company’s objectives in the areas of project billing, contract compliance and reporting, cost recovery, financial reporting and analysis.
