DELMIAWorks Solution Architect

Role and responsibilities:

• Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Solution Consulting: Provide expert guidance in selecting, provisioning, and using database and data warehouse architectures, software, and facilities.
  • Security Expertise: Be familiar with general security concepts such as authentication, authorization, encryption, and digital signatures.
  • Technical Leadership: Drive end-to-end technical solutions, coach and mentor, and coordinate technical aspects of changes and issues.
  • Solution Integrity: Ensure overall solution integrity for large and complex solutions, making technology and design choices.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Gather requirements, engage in project communications, and transform stakeholder information into logical process flows.
• Dynamic Environment:
  • Will be working in a blend of office and factory floor settings.
  • Helping the Partner with Project Management on the first project
  • Helping to work through any risk so they do not become issues
• Software Implementation:
  • Overseeing and coordinating various aspects of software projects within the manufacturing domain
  • Collaborate with various teams to deliver services related to software implementation.
  • Manage administration accounts and provide technical assistance.
  • Leverage business process expertise and DELMIAWorks knowledge to lead clients on their implementation journey.
  • Ensure alignment of DELMIAWorks solutions with industry-driven best practices.
  • Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design future-state processes aligned with DELMIAWorks best practices.
  • Provide solution options to support client decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and consultants to integrate business requirements seamlessly
  • Ensure appropriate training and consulting during implementation
  • Ensure appropriate testing of configuration and development before Go Live.
  • Support project delivery using the DELMIAWorks Activate Methodology
