DELMIAWorks- Application Consultant specializing in Accounting

Role Description & Responsibilities:

DELMIAWorks, a Dassault Systèmes brand, was founded on the shop floor and has evolved over 30 years into a leader in MES and ERP software for manufacturers. Our software supports nearly every aspect of manufacturing operations—from quoting and shipping to financial management, cost accounting, and machine integration.

DELMIAWorks seeks a motivated application consultant specializing in accounting. We are open to all U.S. office locations - San Diego, CA, Waltham, MA, Johnston RI, and Detroit, MI . In this role, you will analyze customer business requirements and objectives, working closely with clients to help them achieve their goals. You will define project scopes and guide customers through the implementation of the Enterprise-IQ solution after the sales cycle. Through this process, you will gather insights into the client’s workflows, assess their needs, and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and streamline operations.  #WeAre3DS

·         Analysis of a customers’ business requirements and objectives and the ability to work with them to meet those objectives

·         Implement the Enterprise-IQ solution successfully in the customer’s environment to the point of go live

·         Assess customers’ business needs and tailor the solution to meet their business objectives

·         Follow up with customers by phone and email to ensure adherence to established timelines and objectives

·         Application configuration, implementation and data conversion

·         Assist customers with application testing and rollout

·         Recommend business process improvements to the customer

·         Analyze and specify application enhancements with the customer

·         Work with the customer and other DELMIAWORKS internal organizations to quickly resolve issues impeding implementation or “go live”

·         SQL scripting (basic, with a progression to advanced scripting)

·         Train users in application use and/or configuration

·         Coordinate DELMIAWorks clients' business requirements and objectives via phone and email, and work with them to meet those objectives
