Business & Solution Consultant - Supply Chain
We are looking for a Business & Solution Consultant in Sales & Operations Planning / Integrated Business Planning for our DELMIA Brand Supply Chain Operations team based in s-Hertogenbosch (Netherlands), working closely together with colleagues across the globe.

Role Description & Responsibilities
- Support worldwide pre-sales teams, services teams and partners with your solution and business expertise throughout all the phases of customer engagement
- Be the customer’s trusted advisor: Identify customers' business problems, analyze their processes and organizational maturity, and propose value-driven solutions
- Prepare and present the solution vision, build demos/PoC that articulate the value of proposed solutions
- Set the direction of the presales and project teams in line with the customer requirements, processes, and expectations. Align between our teams and key customer stakeholders, up to C-level
- Develop global know-how and expertise on S&OP/IBP processes, act as a mentor/coach, and share knowledge in internal and external communities
- Contribute to R&D roadmap by sharing your “global & cross industry” view of customer needs
- Enable pre-sales and services teams to adopt new DELMIA solutions and product enhancements
Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field, e.g., Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management
- Experience in supply chain solutions landscape, in roles such as pre-sales consultant, solution consultant, business consultant, solution architect, key user, or similar
- Experience in S&OP/IBP solution transformation programs in manufacturing industries is preferred
- Solid understanding of S&OP/IBP business processes
- Passion about technological solution design/development and strong interest in AI/ML
- Comfortable working in a culturally diverse organization
- Rapid adaptation of new knowledge, practices, and processes
- Willingness to travel to customer’s facilities
- Previous experience with DELMIA Quintiq projects and exposure to object-oriented programming are preferred but optional
