Business Planning & Operations Intern
Join our Business Planning & Operations team as an Intern and support projects that drive business efficiency, process optimization and digital transformation. You’ll collaborate across departments – from Sales to Leadership – identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions using AI, automation and digital tools. In this hands-on role, you will work with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, support strategy execution and help translate ideas into efficient, technology-enabled solutions that improve performance, productivity and collaboration.
This is a 12-month internship, starting approximately in April 2026 and is based at the Dassault Systèmes office in Cambridge.
Responsibilities
- Provide market insights and analysis, including industry trends, competitive landscape and macroeconomic signals to help with decision making and strategic direction
- Contribute to the planning and execution of campaigns as part of the Cloud business development strategy and help track campaign effectiveness
- Support internal communication initiatives, including newsletters, team updates and team meetings
- Assist with internal process improvement and operational transformation initiatives, including the exploration of automation opportunities
- Help with creation, revision and delivery of presentations to internal stakeholders
- Support the monitoring of Key performance indicators and the delivery of standardized performance reports to the leadership team
- Leverage AI tools and digital technologies where appropriate to enhance productivity, analysis and process efficiency.
- Learn and become a skilled user of the Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE Platform
Qualifications
- Studying or having a degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Digital Enterprise, or a related field
- Strong analytical and research skills; proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Interest or experience in using AI-powered tools and technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- An interest in technology and the IT industry
- Positive attitude with problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proactive, organized, and a strong team player
