Join our growing team of engineers in Milan, bridging customer needs with innovative simulation solutions. You’ll face technical challenges, manage projects, and engage directly with clients—using market leading simulation tools in a dynamic, international environment.

Role & Responsibilities

You will work on Structural Analysis using the Abaqus, FE-Safe and Tosca solvers, both legacy and integrated in 3DEXPERIENCE, eventually in connection with other simulation disciplines and optimization, and covering the complete process from model build-up, over simulation execution and results analysis to reports presentation. The main but not exclusive focus will be the Aerospace & Defense sector, and the Turkey and Central Asia territory.

Your creativity and critical sense will be required to propose simulation solutions to engineering challenges, and you will use your skills and critical sense to:

  • Collaborate with sales mgmt. in the scouting and technical qualification of new business development leads 
  • Effectively articulate to prospects the value of SIMULIA solutions
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and help drive account strategy
  • Assess "as-is" business drivers & technical pains and translate them into a "to-be" solution 
  • Translate customer needs into tailored simulation value, demonstrated through demos or proofs of concept
  • Contribute to our customers’ technical evolution by implementing more efficient simulation processes and by validating innovative methods on real customer cases
  • Deliver services to make customers experience directly the impact of our solutions, and propose creative solutions to product engineering challenges

Qualifications

  • MSc/PhD in Aeronautical / Aerospace, Computational Engineering or related field
  • Solid knowledge of mechanics fundamentals and experience with numerical methods and simulation techniques for finite element analysis (FEM/FEA)
  • Applied knowledge of industrial Structures simulation software such as Abaqus
  • Nice to have skills: Industry-level knowledge or experience in the Aerospace & Defense development processes or other manufacturing industries, knowledge of CAD software
  • Ability to develop strong customer trust through technical & interpersonal skills excellence
  • Very responsive, proactive and problem-solving attitude, with an analytical and critical mindset
  • Determination to work within a collaborative international pre-sales consulting team
  • Enthusiasm and self-motivation with a high level of interest and passion to learn
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in English (B2+); Turkish and/or Russian languages are a plus; Italian is optional
  • Willingness to travel (ca. 25%)

Salary Pay Transparency

Für diese Position bieten wir eine anfängliche jährliche Bruttovergütung in folgender Bandbreite an: 43000€ bis 47000€. Diese wird auf der Grundlage objektiver Kriterien – wie etwa der erforderlichen Erfahrung und Qualifikationen sowie des Aufgabenbereichs der Stelle – festgelegt. Dieser Vergütungsrahmen umfasst das Grundgehalt (Fixum) sowie gegebenenfalls eine variable Vergütungskomponente (Zielbonus), ganz im Einklang mit unserem Bekenntnis zu klaren und transparenten Vergütungspraktiken.
