Shenzhen Innovation Center Operation

Role& Responsibilities:

As the Senior Commissioner for Business and Operations at the Innovation Center, you will be an indispensable member of our team. We are looking for a professional with excellent organizational and communication skills who can provide outstanding service and support to our visitors and team members. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth progress of business work, sales operations, and effective execution of daily administrative tasks in the office.

Main responsibilities:

In terms of business:

Reception of government and corporate high-level visits, communication with government high-level officials, monitoring progress and conducting dynamic management;

Responsible for producing and managing KPI tracking reports and contract execution, providing timely and truthful feedback on project progress;

Product explanation and promotion of Dassault Systemes' digital solutions;

Assist in the development of marketing and training activities.

In terms of operation:

Establishment and implementation of the operational management architecture for the innovation center;

Daily operation and management of the innovation center, including but not limited to budget application and management, personnel management, center asset management, safety management, public utility management, compliance management, etc;

Support the preparation and management of other innovation center businesses;

Other tasks assigned by the leader.
