Senior Partner Sales Manager

Role Description & Responsibilities:
- Plan Long, Mid, Short term Business Plan, Sales Strategy, and Transformation & Development Plan.
- Drive strategic sales programs with partners, based on the 'what to sell' and geo sourcing plans.
- Plan and adjust the customer or opportunity engagement model as Partner Engagement or Joint Engagement.
- Support the Partner in optimizing the Annual and Quarterly sales pipeline, and driving strategic actions to ensure alignment with revenue targets.
- Develop action plans with Partners to deploy new, customer-focused DS solutions.
- Provide regular insights on the performance of Value Paths to Sales Expert Management monthly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree. Mechanical Engineering, Business or any related major is preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Partner, Channel, or Direct Sales selling software solutions into Transportation & Mobility, CPGR/Industry Equipment. (Aerospace, Defense, or Public sector is a plus)
- Deep knowledge of the Thailand partner sales.
- Fluent in English.
