Job Description & Role Responsibilities
- Manage overall forecast / pipeline accuracy for all revenue types and at all dimensions for current quarter and rolling quarters
- Leverage KPIs and Data analytics to challenge Forecast and propose actionable recommendations to Sales Management via Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly reports with CRM data
- Ensure data quality of Forecast and Pipeline including Renewals
- Drive Lessons learnt at the end of each quarter & recovery plan
- Ensure efficient Lead assignment to partners, Business Developers and Sales Experts
- Manage (Approve/Reject) Partners’ Leads and Opportunities registration process
- Territory/Client Management
- Manage territory assignment
- Manage Client definition and constancy
- Manage Sales/Partner Assignment to Clients
- Compensation/Incentive
- Ensure that Sales Compensation plan guidance is well deployed and ON-TIME
- Execute Sales Compensation Plan regarding guidance
- Prepare & deliver Partners Bonus process and letters
- Propose specific incentive to boost business
- Partner Management
- Prepare & deliver Partners Annual Information Amendment
- Manager Partner resources and certifications
Basic Qualifications
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Excel, BI system knowledge
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a company with knowledge of experience in Sales Operations, Business Planning, Sales, Business Intelligence, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to listen to internal customers and management, understand their needs, and ask clarifying/probing questions
- Ability to think logically and structure answers
