Project Manager - Services
As a Project Manager, you will contribute to our client’s success by leading and motivating 3DS a consulting team and a client team in designing, configuring and deploying 3DS solutions. You will interact with both 3DS employees and client stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction. The Dassault Systemes’ Services Team is responsible for the successful definition and implementation of our solutions in customer's IT environments across all industries.

Role Description and Responsibilities
- Managing 3DS enterprise solution delivery lifecycles, project planning and control, including: budget, schedule, customer satisfaction, and ensuring successful value delivery
- Securing all required sign-offs, keeping all parties informed of plans, progress and issues
- Managing the implementation of enterprise solutions throughout an entire project lifecycle
- Developing well-constrained, accurate estimates and proposals, maximizing customer value realization
- Managing and reporting risks, issues, and opportunities, etc
- Empowering teams for creative solutions for issues and risks, and ensuring customer value realization
- Executing waterfall projects with industry best practices; applying Scrum\ Methodology to Agile projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with software implementation experience preferably from manufacturing or related industry
- 5 + years’ of experience in customer facing project management
- 2+ years of software implementation project management experience
- Exhibit polished, professional communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong, collaborative leadership capabilities with the demonstrated ability to lead teams of consultants and software engineers
- Formal project management training and certifications such as PMP, Agile Certified Scrum Master, SAFe certifications and / or other similar certifications will be preferred
Willingness and ability to travel to customer facilities 50% to 75% of the time
