Project Manager
Unlock your potential with Dassault Systèmes, a global leader in Scientific Software Engineering as a Project Manager in Shanghai, China!
Job Descriptions & Responsibilities
- Deployment planning and execution: building and maintaining the roadmap for the AI Factory rollout in China, from infrastructure setup (GPU capacity, local hosting) to the availability of platform services and the onboarding of the first internal customer teams; tracking milestones, dependencies and risks; reporting to management.
- Use case scoping: gathering the needs of China-based sales teams wishing to deploy AI workloads, qualifying and prioritizing them with the technical teams, writing hardware and software requirements and acceptance criteria adapted to the local context.
- Regulatory and compliance coordination: working with legal, security and compliance teams to ensure the deployment meets local requirements (data localization, cybersecurity and AI regulations, cross-border data transfer constraints); integrating these constraints into the platform roadmap and use case delivery.
- Business model definition: contributing to the economic model of the platform for the region: full cost analysis (GPU infrastructure, inference, run), internal chargeback model for consuming teams (subscription, pay-per-use, work units), business cases per use case (expected gains vs. costs), in liaison with commercial teams and financial control.
- Value and adoption tracking: defining and monitoring indicators (usage, satisfaction, inference costs, delivery lead times), preparing communication and demonstration materials for both local stakeholders and group management.
- Structuring: setting up and continuously improving project tools and processes (backlog, documentation, onboarding of the platform's customer teams), adapted where necessary to local tooling constraints.
- Ability to oversee an infrastructure running in production: monitoring service availability and performance, coordinating incident response and escalations with technical teams, and ensuring operational continuity (SLAs, maintenance windows, capacity planning)
