Role Description & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders (sales, partners) in the presales stage to recommend positioning and proposal strategies.
- Understand customer issues through factory tours, workshops, and consulting activities.
- Explain the value of DELMIA as a manufacturing platform with MES/MOM capabilities.
- Propose roadmaps and solutions to achieve the customer's target state (TOBE) to address their issues.
- Support ad hoc development requests for pre-sales demos or proofs of concept (POCs).
- Engage in the delivery phase with the DELMIA Apriso service team, including ASIS analysis, conceptual design, requirements gathering, and solutionarchitecture.
- Create and execute training activities for customers and partners, and adapt global best practices for the Japanese market
Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience in manufacturing operations, including production planning, inventory management, quality, maintenance, and production engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience as a functional expert in implementing MES/MOM, ERP production modules, APS, or related software projects.
- Industry knowledge in high-tech, auto, CPG, A&D, industrial equipment, or process industries.
- Consulting skills to assist customers in requirement definition, business process change, and solution proposal.
- Strong communication skills with manufacturing company employees and ability to explain the latest technology with business acumen.
- Excellent presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with good organizational skills.
- Fluency in both English and Japanese, and proficiency in MS SQL Server and Oracle Databases.
