Role Responsibility & Job Description:

-You will contribute to ensure our hosted environment runs smoothly and grows with the needs of a fast-developing and demanding international organization of professionals involving in 24/7 operations.
- You will be implementing, maintaining and deploying customer applications as well supporting the technical complex deployments
- You will provide excellent customer support, where your planning and communication skills are equally needed as your technical skills
- You will assist the team in overall day-to-day operation
- You will acts as support to analyze and resolve customer incidents which can be outside office hours and/or during weekends.
- You will work on shift rotation to support 24/7 operations

Qualifications:

- Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Minimum 1 year experience in technical support or software development role with good analytical skills and conceptual thinking ability.
- Experience with business integration and related protocols like SOAP, RESTAPI, SFTP
- Experience with implementation/setup/configuration of Enterprise Software Applications
-Working knowledge of networking components (firewall, load balancers and protocols like TCP/IP)
- Knowledge of software development principles
- Knowledge of IT-security principles
- Having strong quality focus
- Having excellent time management
- Customer focused attitude
- Pro-active communication style
- Good analytical thinking and proven experience in problem solving.

- Fluent in both speaking and writing To make things really interesting.
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Knowledge with ISO 27001 principles.
- Working experience with Cloud and datacenter technologies
- Experience with complex and large technical environments
