Business & Solution Consultant - Supply Chain

We are looking for a Business & Solution Consultant in Sales & Operations Planning / Integrated Business Planning for our DELMIA Brand Supply Chain Operations team based in s-Hertogenbosch (Netherlands), working closely together with colleagues across the globe.

Role Description & Responsibilities

• Support worldwide pre-sales teams, services teams and partners with your solution and business expertise throughout all the phases of customer engagement
• Be the customer’s trusted advisor: Identify customers' business problems, analyze their processes and organizational maturity, and propose value-driven solutions
• Prepare and present the solution vision, build demos/PoC that articulate the value of proposed solutions
• Set the direction of the presales and project teams in line with the customer requirements, processes, and expectations. Align between our teams and key customer stakeholders, up to C-level
• Develop global know-how and expertise on S&OP/IBP processes, act as a mentor/coach, and share knowledge in internal and external communities
• Contribute to R&D roadmap by sharing your “global & cross industry” view of customer needs
• Enable pre-sales and services teams to adopt new DELMIA solutions and product enhancements
