Role Responsibility & Job Description
- Be a driving force on how to frame, position and sell the value of our 3DEXPERIENCE Platform and Industry Solutions in the High Tech market
- Act as the client facing business and industry expert, and be the Industry sponsor in our geographies
- Have a direct involvement in the reference projects for transformational Value Engagement and proof of the value
- Being part of the global High Tech Industry team, contribute to the Integrated Market Development initiatives
- You will primarily focus on High Tech clients in Korea, collaborating with the local Sales and Technical Sales colleagues. However, time to time your expertise may be leveraged for global business as well
- Drive reference customer success and achievement of High Tech Industry business objectives
- Hands-on participate in client engagements. Reveal, differentiate and estimate the value
- Consultative engagement at C level
- Deliver thought leadership in our key portfolio domains and end objects connected with our global strategy of virtual twins, model-based platform and 3D UNIV+RSES
- Enable Sales and Partners on transformation selling, platform selling and industry solution selling
- Shape the High Tech Industry solution Portfolio, Go-to-Market strategies and ecosystem partnerships
- Capitalize Industry process know-how and customer value stories into next-gen value consulting practices and helping build solutions that are deployable, differentiated and disruptive
- Identify high-problem and high-opportunity areas of value creation in the Industry so as to continuously evolve our strategy
Qualifications
- High Tech Industry ecosystem knowledge about value chain, business drivers and processes - through actual work experience (product development, program management or manufacturing) in High Tech company or experience at strategy / operations consulting firms in engagements with High Tech companies is necessary. Ideally 15+ years of industry or consulting experience is desirable
- Experience in driving technology-based business process transformations
- 2+ years of consulting experience is highly desirable
- Analytical as well as strategic thinking
- “Think-big” person, able to articulate the bigger picture, particularly in virtual twins
- Cross-functional influence in a matrix’ed organization
- Ability to learn fast and reapply, act as a coach
- Can function effectively in an international work setting
- Deep knowledge of the business drivers in the High Tech industry
- Familiarity with the value network across the industry segments: Consumer Electronics, Computing & Communications Equipment, Semiconductors, Technology System Suppliers including Automotive Electronics & Battery, and Contract Manufacturers
- Deep Knowledge of processes in one or more key areas of the value stream - Innovation & Portfolio, Design & Engineering, Simulation, Manufacturing & Supply, Service
- Familiarity with PLM, Systems Engineering (MBSE), Modularization, Digital Manufacturing or Supply Chain implementation programs is highly desirable
Willingness to travel to clients and events periodically
- Must be fluent in communication so as to deliver thought leadership at external events and to deliver strategy and value postulations to clients
