Dassault Systèmes commits to long-term and increasingly inclusive disability policies through the approval of its seventh consecutive agreement [2023-2025].

This agreement applies to the Dassault Systèmes SE company; its head office in Vélizy-Villacoublay and all its branch offices in France. This agreement concerns all Dassault Systèmes SE employees living in France and to whom Article L.  5212-13 of the French Labor Code applies.

 

2019-2022 Assessment:

2.92% at end-2022: the combined initiatives of the previous agreement served to boost the employment rate among people with disabilities.

Commitment from top management, key players within the company (Human Resources (HR), managers, the Disability Organization, health services, French labor and management representatives or partenaires sociaux, etc.) and high-quality external partners all play a part in promoting diversity within Dassault Systèmes.

Development of training and upskilling territorial initiatives in order to address employment barriers for persons with disabilities.
